About SPDFS-2025
The Nature and Life Sciences Department of the University of Algiers 1 is honored to host the 2nd Scientific and Pedagogical Day of the Faculty of Sciences, under the theme "Science and Technology." This event provides an essential platform for researchers, academics, and students to present their scientific work, engage in meaningful dialogue, and explore collaborative opportunities. It also aims to bridge the gap between the university and the industrial sector, fostering partnerships that drive innovation and societal progress.
Objectives of the Day:
Facilitate Knowledge Exchange: Promote the sharing of research findings and innovative ideas among specialists, researchers, and students from various disciplines.
Encourage Interdisciplinary Dialogue: Create opportunities for collaboration and cross-disciplinary interaction within the scientific community.
Strengthen Academia–Industry Links: Establish and develop connections between academic researchers and professionals from the industrial sector to encourage practical applications of scientific research.
Promote Scientific Engagement: Inspire students and young researchers to actively participate in scientific inquiry and contribute to the advancement of knowledge.

Guidelines for Authors
We are pleased to announce that the submission of abstracts is free of charge. Please ensure your submission complies with the guidelines of the 2nd Scientific and Pedagogical Day of the Faculty of Sciences (SPDFS-2025).
Each abstract must be written in English and should not exceed 250 words (font size: 12pt). The abstract must clearly describe the scope of the work, the hypothesis, rationale, methodology, key findings, and principal conclusions.
Please consult the downloadable Abstract Submission Checklist to ensure all requirements are met.
- Abstract writing language: English
- Presentation languages: English, Arabic, or French
- File naming format: LastName_FirstName_Abstract_SPDFS2025
