Submission of the file (Doctoral Candidate)<\/h3>\n&#8211; One finalized hard copy of the thesis + PDF format (respecting the cover page template in Annex 4) <br>\n&#8211; The article with its online link (Article PDF + CD) <br>\n\u2713 The publication must be related to the thesis and belong to category A+, A, or B. <br>\n\u2713 The doctoral candidate\u2019s name must appear in the first position. <br>\n\u2713 The laboratory title and institutional affiliation must be indicated. <br>\n&#8211; Certificates of participation in conferences with proceedings extracts <br>\n&#8211; Certificates of regular enrollment (Annex 3) <br>\n&#8211; Plagiarism check (VDPG) <br>\n&#8211; Authorization request for defense (Supervisor\/VDPG) <br>\n&#8211; Report prepared by the thesis supervisor (Annex 1, Annex 2) <br>\n&#8211; Opinion of the Doctoral Training Committee (CFD) <br>\n\nThe submission of the file is ensured by the thesis supervisor at the level of the doctoral training services of the department.\n\n<h3>2.
