Established in July 2015, the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Algiers 1 – Benyoucef Benkhedda is one of the five faculties that make up the University of Algiers 1 – Benyoucef Benkhedda.
Located in the heart of the Algerian capital, it benefits from a strategic geographical position that facilitates academic exchange, professional partnerships, and access to the various opportunities offered by the city.

The Faculty of Sciences offers a wide range of academic programs in the fields of exact and natural sciences, including Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees, in accordance with the LMD system.
