We inform students who wish to suspend their studies for the 2025/2026 academic year due to exceptional circumstances that they may submit a request for academic leave by completing the following form:

Application period: from October 5 to November 5, 2025

Eligible students:
Any student who is regularly enrolled at the university may suspend their enrollment for the current academic year due to an exceptional situation such as:

• Disabling chronic illness

• Maternity

• Long-term illness

• National service

• Family obligations (related to parents or children, spouse or parents’ relocation due to work, etc.)

A Decision of Academic Leave will be issued to every student whose application is deemed admissible.
The student must attach this certificate to their re-enrollment file for the next academic year, as proof of the suspension of their studies during the current year.
