Practical Internship Allowance Payment Form (M2 and L3):

We inform Master 2 and 3rd-year Bachelor’s students who completed a practical internship during the 2024/2025 academic year, in accordance with their curriculum requirements, that the application file required to receive internship allowance payments—excluding coverage for accommodation and meals—must include the following original documents:

1. The original internship agreement (convention de stage), duly completed and signed, bearing the stamp and signature of the host organization, and dated at the start of the internship.

2. The original attendance sheet, confirming the student’s presence in the professional setting, stamped and signed by the host organization.

3. The original certificate of non-support, issued by the host organization, certifying that the student did not receive accommodation or meal coverage.

4. The original internship certificate.

5. A crossed CCP check (chèque barré CCP).

The deadline for submitting the complete internship file to the department is Thursday, October 16.

Incomplete files or those submitted after this date will not be considered.

No erasures, correction fluid, or alterations are allowed on the internship agreement.
