The University informs its students that the period for university transfers of returning students, whether within the same institution or to another institution, will take place according to the following schedule:

• Submission of online applications via the PROGRES platform: from Saturday, September 13, 2025 to Friday, September 19, 2025.

• Processing of transfer applications: from Saturday, September 20, 2025 to Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

• Announcement of transfer results: on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

• Confirmation of placements, payment of registration fees, and re-registration: from Wednesday, September 24, 2025 to Saturday, September 27, 2025.

Concerned students are kindly requested to strictly respect these deadlines and to complete their procedures exclusively through the PROGRES system.
